Awareness campaign on fresh, local and seasonal food for the Madrid City Council.
"Comer con la cabeza" (eating with your head) means choosing fresh products, buying local food and picking seasonal products. "Comer con la cabeza" is to eat with conscience and in a thoughtful way, knowing well what we buy and what we put in our mouths. If we watch what we eat, we contribute not only to keep ourselves healthier, but also to generate a web of a sustainable local economy that respects the environment.
