The story of this house is quiet complicated - the gated community insisted that all buildings have to be built in classical style. However, this house located on the edge of community, so it was allowed to do backyard in contemporary way. The solution was to add a modern externsion with patio and swimming pool. The construction of swimming pool has moving platform which is the part of the patio and floor, it closes the pool in cold period of time and can be open in summer and spring. It also has retractable glass gate system - when the pool is open, gates are hidden in the underground vault.
