The desk is design as children's furniture. There is a niche under the table top for storing books, crayons, paints, etc. At the bottom of the table is a pencil holder niche. At the top, the designers developed a technique where the top is dyed, in an off-white tone, while still leaving the pine veins apparent.

The nightstand is design for a children's dormitory. Set with the Des Filles desk, the whole structure of the furniture is made of pine, retaining all the original characteristics of the wood like knots and shafts, with the exception of the drawer front, in an off-white tone, where the creators developed a technique of dyed of the veins remained apparent.
