Social Media Management
In the past year I have been developing my Social Media Management skills (mainly Facebook and Instagram) working with few small business. 

My job consisted in the writing of editorial plans aimed at strengthening and improving the brand on social channels, publishing the posts and monitoring the social profile and communities on a daily basis. 

I have also worked different Facebook ads campaigns developing my skills within the Business Manager platform.
The main channels I use are Instagram and Facebook, but I also know (and used) LinkedIn and Twitter.

My work begins with the analysis of the brand to understand the most important aspects that will be necessary to define a strategy with precise objectives that are in line with the business objectives of the company.

Once all the necessary bases have been learned, I develop a social media plan (editorial plan) that is most suitable for the different social media channels. I follow the dedicated media campaigns, identifying the most effective formats according to the shared objectives and continuously scouting for new solutions offered by the market.

Analysis and reporting are equally important and an aspect to which I pay particular attention, monitoring KPI's and analysis of the results of the main projects; these are essential to understand the success, or not, of the undertaken tactics.
