An Infographic: Females in Flight

Above is an infographic I created for a visual class. We could pick any topic that was before 1985 and I decided to pick historical events centered around women in aviation. This infographic was designed for a long tiled screen found in James B. Hunt Library on NC State's Centennial Campus. This screen is about 21.3 feet by 7 feet which is about 16 by 7 of the squares the screen is made out of. This project was intended to describe a historical event in non-linear way which I have done through the nesting circles on the right. Each circle represents an overall theme in woman aviation history and each box that extends from the circle relates to that theme.

I went through about 4 iterations while making this infographic. Below you can see the process of making the final infographic above.
