Each week in September and October, 2010, Orange County Films broadcast The Digital Happy Hour from Charlie Palmer, South Coast Plaza, a new social media reality show that catered to the fashion, food and entertainment crowds. Season 1 was 8 episodes, the show is scheduled to return in January 2011 for an additional 8 episodes.
 
Charlie Palmer Executive Chef Amar Santana along with filmmaker Sean Saint-Louis to host guests weekly as they unwind with cocktails and specialty foods. Topics of discussion to include the latest trends in food, film, mixology, sports, fashion and entertainment. Always progressive, always fun and never predictable, this show is designed by and for the Social Media crowd.

In a time when technology and new media collide rapidly, Orange County Films and Chef Amar Santana saw an opportunity to develop something new, fresh and entertaining. The Digital Happly Hour has a goal of educating and exposing their audience to all the latest exciting elements and trends with leading social media luminaries such as Celebrity Chefs, Bloggers, Entertainers, Athletes, Foodies and more. 

Each week, The Digital Happy Hour showcased Social Media content thatl goes beyond the Live Broadcast. Utilizing Twitter (you can follow them @digitalhappyhr ) they incentivizes their audience with Hide and Tweets, simple announcements of a hidden location of gifts such as a table for four guest (apps and drinks) at Charlie Palmers during the Digital Happy Hour, tickets to performances at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
