So many of us feel cut off, struggling to find a sense of belonging and carry on meaningful, rewarding lives in an increasingly post-institutionalised world. This disconnection is both intimidating and fascinating at once.

On a spiritual level, by embracing this fundamental, existential idea that we and only we decide what's valuable for us we can control our own biases and breathe significance into whatever surrounds us, turning the seemingly mundane into ritualistic tools as parts of and in service of a fulfilling existence.
