My first proffesion is porcelain designer. Ceramic art has traditional bounderies because of the material’s role in everyday life. As an artist , I play with the gap between the traditions and innovations, so usually I work with these preconsepts, and sometimes work against to them.
I've been working as a jeweller designer for 2 years.
With the new profession I had to examine not just my own knowledge, preconcepts, but my technical knowledge too. I had to learn new things about beauty, quality. My piece shows what happened between my previous and new experiences, how could they connect, or sometimes fight against each other, but eventually they complete each other.
