SIGLA Cultural Convention 2019 Primer

Baybayin-Ateneo is the Ateneo de Manila University's premier student organization catering to the advocacy of Filipino culture, history and heritage. Founded in 2014, the organization prides itself through nation–building through the cultural discourse and immersion to the many aspects of Filipino culture and heritage.
The Sigla Cultural Convention is one of the key projects of the organization. Every year, the organization holds a conference that involves many talks from experts in the field and advocacy of cultural heritage and history around the country. This year, the theme was Ang Kuwento ng Bangsamoro, with various experts holding talks vis-á-vis the recognization and upholdance of the Bangsamoros' identity in relation to current events in the Muslim Mindanao region.
The primer was given out to audience members during the talks. It contains articles written by members of Baybayin-Ateneo's partner organizations in relation to Sigla 2019's thrust/theme.
