This project is my adaptation of the "Ray-tracing with Typography in After Effects" course on Digital-Tutors.com. Initial design was done in Adobe Illustrator. All object and camera animation was done using Classic 3D mode in After Effects, before switching to Ray-traced 3D. It took about 30 hours to render across my medium-powered 3 Mac render farm, 720p PNGs.
