Microsoft Store - Spring 2019 Photoshoot

Devices in the Wild is centered around discovering products in their "natural habitat", and finding ways to tell a story with a single image. This is a photo series was created by a talented team to supply Microsoft Store's social media channels with original and engaging content.

Planning Sketches

One of the challenges for this shoot was finding ways to work with a relatively low budget and make use of our photo studio while still having each shot feel uniquely authentic. We cropped closely on the product and made clever use of props and lighting to give the impression that the device was sitting in a much larger and more natural environment.
