Merit & Maket
Merit & Maket is a collection of ceramic vases and vessels created from the rediscovery of an unjustly forgotten glaze technique. The shiny black bubbled Fat-Lava glaze, developed in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century, is set in an attractive contrast to matt pastel shades in the bipartite objects. The stepped design underlines the analogy of liquid lava flowing elegantly over the rocky edges of a volcano.
A special feature of the Merit vase is the small hole in the lid, which serves to hold individual flowers. If you want to use the vase for a large bouquet, it can simply be removed and placed under the vase. This makes Merit extremely versatile. Merit & Maket are available in two different sizes and three different colors.
