Sinco Human Talent Management Software
Client: Sincosoft, Bogotá, Colombia
This is an enterprise solution, made specifically for companies in the construction sector. Into the application, human talent analysts can apply all the concepts, payments and discounts related to one, many or all employees of a payroll, in companies that could have even thousands of workers located in different construction projects at the same time.
My work
User research and testing, User-flow design, Wireframing, UI design, prototyping and collaboration in front-end coding with HTML, CSS and JS in Angular 7 framework.
The Process
Start with user personas and research, doing constant prototyping, testing and iteration was foundamental to decide the most productive and confortable experience for a kind of user who probably spend all the day interacting with this app in the office, as well as the views, layout, typography and all visual elements in the system. Trough the design process was necessary to analyze the best way to show the information and enable the most appropriate user interaction for each case and functionality. Forms, tables, cards an other components was assigned over a system of constants and variables in every screen, trying to keep as possible the atomic design principles.
The Result
The complete redesign for Sinco GTH, the first product from the Sincosoft suit that will be released to real existing and new clients, is a desktop-first web app in the browser environment, that borns with the goal to boost the productivity of hundreds of final users and facilitate the data management from thousands of people who works in building projects.
