I tried to interpret the rather abstract wheels on the hot hatch below as semi-realistic rims on tires.
I have no idea how to animate. I just tried something and it was somewhat acceptable. Push yourself. figure it out.

This one looks a bit like if you combined a Corvette with a Gumpert Apollo, a Porsche Panamera and a Bugatti Veyron.
