This assignment required us to select a themed cuisine we would like to photograph, for a recipe book and also choose 3 different dishes to photograph as well as provide instructions and illustrate the ingredients. as seen below i decided to stick to a simple black and white theme. I also chose to name my recipe book 'Chick Recipes', which is actually short for chicken Recipes.  

I tried my best to stick to dishes that I have prepared before for my family, which I have learnt from both my mother and my father, by watching and observing them cook. i also see my recipes as open source recipes which people can use freely and if they would like to make improvements they can do so. i wanted to personalize my recipe book so i wrote out recipes for dishes that i myself have made before. the great thing about cooking is having the freedom to explore new things new tastes, its what makes cooking so fun!
