The interior project customers are a young couple who purchased the first their own apartment in new residential complex. The area of the flat is small - 41 m2.
the main wish of the customers for the ZOOI team was to find ways to practically and visually increase the space, as well as to accommodate everything necessary.
The young customers wanted designers Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky to solve all these tasks in the original and stylish way!
Competent redevelopment can change life in the truest sense of the word! Especially when it comes to home space!

To organize a comfortable interior for a smart apartment, the heads of the design studio ZOOI decided to combine the kitchen with the living room. So, the designers managed to avoid the separating of the already small space!
Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky refused the generally accepted isolation of a bedroom and bathroom from the others space. The designers have combined these two rooms in a kind of box, in which there is no front wall.
Also ZOOI studio organized created a passage from the bedroom to a small living room. This turned out to be very practical for the comfortable movement of two people in such compact apartment.
The kitchen interior turned out to be functional and very atmospheric. Because of it the the design project received the working title "Citizen Interior".
The loft style in the interior is realized with simple materials and ascetic solutions: glass, micro cement, tiles.

The ceilings are decorated with concrete. A massive kitchen cupboard, like a column, separates the kitchen from the hallway.

For the hallway was made a mirror with the effect of aging. For the living room, the interior designers found the Chesterfield 70s sofa.
