The quality of Customer Relationship is essential for BNP Paribas, a major player in the banking industry in France. However, how to effectively manage under pressure workteam dealing with the requests of disgruntled customers and of their own company ?
The answer is a training module, based on 7 case studies to reflect the complexity and diversity of customer complaints. Training in multiple teaching formats, as close as possible to the real situations learners may encounter. Multiple video and documentary resources to study the subject further.
