Brasserie Tsar is like a good friend
The time of the day does not matter. In the morning, at dawn, the dew still on the fields, the city that wakes up. With a cappuccino, a croissant or a delicious 'Zaans breakfast', the newspapers by your side. Maybe you are working on a laptop here, just as at home. At lunch you meet, business or private, in style but always casual, just to relax. A moment of recharging and planning. Absorbed in a surprisingly pleasant ambiance and a delicious lunch. In the afternoon you meet here for drinks, talk about the day, life, tomorrow, and for a moment you have no worries at all. Before dinner, the evening, you wallow in the relaxed atmosphere. You chill on a purple velvet couch, the lights, candles, moody and romantic. For real conversations, a good glass of wine, and a delicious dinner. This is an evening of enjoyment, an evening of pleasure, an evening of happiness.
