Project brief
Attorneys on Demand is a court appearance service that provides hearing coverage across the US. The goal was to design a companion mobile app that would work along side their web-based service for attorneys.
The app should present relevant cases to attorneys, notify them if the cases they have accepted were updated or cancelled and allow them to submit court hearing results.
Details
Available, updated & accepted cases
New cases are placed on the Available Cases screen. Cases accepted by an attorney are moved to My Cases, also when an accepted case gets updated or cancelled it shows up on the Updates screen.
Case details
Case details show additional information about a given case. Main actions are placed at the bottom of the screen for easier reachability and one handed use. Updated information appears highlighted until the attorney accepts the changes. Completed cases also show the information that was attached to the case by the attorney.
Completing a case
When completing a case attorneys add notes and attach photos of the relevant documents. To go with the principle of invaluable user input, anything an attorney types or attaches is stored until the case is complete.
