I'm happy to introduce my last illustration project, which brought me a lot of fun. This is a set of 5 illustrations with the most significant landmarks of a small Lithuanian town Palanga.

Palanga is located on the banks of Baltic Sea and attracts a lot of tourists every year. My client is a small local coffeeshop, they sell chocolate and other sweets, based on marzipan, which is very typical product for Baltic countries.
According to the task, I created a set of pastel illustrations with 5 the most famous scapes of the town: Palanga Cathedral, the Promenade, Museum of Amber, Kurhaus and the most recognisable view of Baltic nature - the dunes and pines. The illustrations are supposed to be printed as postcards and posters as well as used for marzipan package and even printed on chocolate bars!

The process: I used soft pastels and custom chalkboards. I prefer this surface because of the texture.
