Working with the UX team they made a discovery on why a lot of technicians were not completing tasks and various site visits. The insight came back that a lot of the technicians on site were of non-speaking english backgrounds and couldn't read the procedures as it was very technically text heavy.

We were tasked to create a simple more iconography style layout which would be more automated from step to step with clear and simple instructions. Change in some wording had to be looked at to also enhance and create a better user experience based off the insight/findings.
