What happens when I move, is my current insurance sufficient? What do we have to insure when we are expecting a child? Are my partner and children financially covered when I die? These are all events that can take place. At Centraal Beheer Achmea I had the possibility to design tools that will help the customers to get answers to these questions. In a team of insurance experts I made the interaction design for this project (2009 - 2010).
In this project I produced user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts and the interaction design.

First the user can read information about the event and what common thinks are that you must think of.
The tool will scan the insurance that you have at Centraal Beheer Achmea and will ask you if you have them somewhere else.
The result is a list of information about the event and your personal situation. Direct links to important insurances that are missing in your insurance portfolio.
Financial information is given in easy to use bar charts. If a user prefers to use a table view, he can change the view in one click.
