To coincide with the 2019 theme of International Women's Day, #BalanceForBetter, I planned a yoga event for associates at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a part of that event activation, participants were given the below intention cards, that included questions to reflect upon during their yoga practice. Additionally, the participants received custom made exercise towels that I designed. The following image shows the email that participants received post-event to complete a review of the program.
