THE 'HOLY SMOKES' BRAND

I was excited when my friend Simon approached me about designing a logo for his home-made meat business 'Holy Smokes'. The challenge was to develop a mark for his immaculately cured & smoked meats of various creative flavours, with a versatile aspect for further uses.

The logo encapsulates his rustic yet refined approach to meat-making, blending the classic with a modern twist. The flaming 'S' (for Simon) makes a statement as the centre-mark of the logo, which can also stand on its own as a seal or an engraving. 

Just like the simple tagline 'Wood. Fire. Meat' the logo communicates an intricate process with a straightforward message. And holy smokes the bacon is tasty.
