Omek Interactive: Showreel
Business:
Omek Interactive was a venture-backed technology company developing advanced motion sensing software for human-computer interaction. Omek was co-founded in 2007 by Janine Kutliroff, Gershom Kutliroff and Shay Yagur.

Omek used 3D depth sensors to understand human body, face and hand gestures. Omek expertise was in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

Intel Corporation completed acquisition of Omek on July, 2013. The entire team incorporated into the Intel RealSense product division.
Design:
I joined Omek in 2010. The studio was in charge of creating natural user experiences that showcase our technology.
Omek Beckon SDK was built to body tracking, very similar to the Microsoft Kinect SDK.
Omek Grasp SDK was built to control hand gestures when in front of the laptop.

We worked on many verticals, use cases and industries. Video games for entertainment, Marketing advertisements, Try-on for retailers, Virtual car showroom and more. We also designed safety systems for the car, such as driver attention warning.
