The goal of this project was to provide nurses and nursing shift supervisors real-time insight into rounding activities to enable better understanding of where nurses spend time during their shifts. Patient satisfaction is tied in part to frequency of visits, so the hospital worked to reduce workflow inefficiencies so that nurses could spend a greater amount of time visiting patient rooms. 

This dashboard was designed to show whether hospital metrics for time in rooms was being met at any given time, and to give administrators the ability to track performance over time for audits and other internal reporting.
