Triple Point Records box set

Editorial
The New York Art Quartet was a groundbreaking band making music in 1964 and 1965 that recorded two studio albums. This 5-LP set collects everything else the band left behind—rehearsals, live recordings, and studio outtakes. Housed in a heavy birch box with a sliding gate, this edition, limited to 665 hand-numbered copies, includes a 156-page clothbound book packed with photos, manuscripts, band-member notes, and other memorabilia. To tie together all of these elements, we shot a series of light drawings inspired by this New York-based band's music, motion, and energy. Different paper stocks in the book delineate sections; a luxurious palette of black, white, and gold reinforces the deluxe production of the set.
