Employee Culture Campaign: Think FONA

FONA's culture evolves around seven core values. To help educate employees about these core values, we teamed with HR to develop a culture campaign, Think FONA.
The integrated marketing campaign includes a recruiting brochure, slideshow, poster campaign, email and presentation templates, giveaways and videos. Giveaways distributed to all employees throughout the year included a coaster set, magnets, and cake pops. A video campaign played during each quarterly management meeting showcases how select employees best emulate the core values, and therefore, "Think FONA."
