ZALORA - "AI ASSISTANT" New Feature
This is a promotional video of a new "AI assistant" feature that I proposed for a school project based on the existing fashion brand "ZALORA". This is so as to provide a more personal shopping experience, whereby customers can talk to or text the AI assistant, which will help them place orders.
It will respond to the user’s requests and help filter out accordingly, taking into consideration reviews (if any), and notify users when their favorited item is low in stock or has a decrease in price. It will recommend products as well, through learning about their upcoming events, tastes and interests.
