Process Overview
Recreation of View of the Chapel of the Chateau de Versailles from the Courtyard by Jacques Rigaud, (1681 - 1754). Painted with Photoshop Sketch on an iPad Pro. This piece was a class project to practice perspective grids and basic lighting.
Create building outlines using a perspective grid.
Add values until close to perfect.
Add a layer with a Color or Soft Light blend mode, paint colors in.
Create a final layer for color and shape refinement.
