The whole point of this exercise was to learn something new which I did,spending few hours a week to complete this was a breeze on my Intel core i-5 sandy (brain turns to mush)

Didn't get to use displacement because my memory said you are not worth it. what else can you expect from a 4GB memory stick.
Shading the scene was a much needed lesson of why better hardware is needed.
