The first two commissions of the new year were the same press story for two different publications.  The beginning of conservation work on the Painted Hall, in the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, was covered for 'The Wharf ' newspaper and 'The Guide' magazine.

The first networking lunch of the South East London Chamber of Commerce was held at the Boathouse, Danson Park in Bexleyheath.  Businesses from four boroughs meet every month for a workshop, an opportunity to meet other businesses and, of course, lunch.

A new client, CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) London Group, held their January meeting and AGM at Channel 4 HQ near Victoria.

The Ben Oakley Gallery in Greenwich had a private view in February for the 'Kevin Threesauds' exhibition.  This was a combined show with work from Ben Oakley, Ray Richardson and David Bray.

Blackheath Rugby Club are holding their third Ladies' Day in March.  The event is being held on a home match day and will raise funds for the South East London Breast Cancer Trust.  I shot some photos of the first team squad before training, for the publicity flyers and posters.

Another new client.  A phone call and a booking for the next day, I shot this for Celso Pinto's team of accountants, at their offices near Old Street.

Hugh Fearneley-Whittingstall organised a march on Westminster, in support of his 'Fish Fight' campaign. He is advocating the introduction of 127 marine conservation areas in UK waters.
This job was for a PR company based in Harrogate, who are representing the National Federation of Fishermen's Organisations. Their chief executive, Barrie Deas had a meeting with Hugh and I was there to cover it.

Another meeeting, in February, for the CIPR Greater London Group.  This time at Hilton+Knowles offices in Soho Square.  The speakers were from national newspapers and magazines.

Two events for the South London Special League.  SLSL is an award winning, community based project that enables young players with disabilities, to participate in sport. Girls and under 14s took part in tournaments at Long Lane Junior Football Club.

Some more marketing images for the Clarendon Hotel in Blackheath.  These are a couple from an ongoing project to promote the hotel's refurbishment of certain areas.

PRS for Music have been awarding artists 'Heritage Awards', to mark their first gigs.  Queen performed their first gig at Imperial College London in 1970.  Brian May and Roger Taylor attended a ceremony, in March, to recieve the award and answer questions.  This was the 8th award I had covered but, by far, the biggest band.

A beautifiul clear day in March and I shot this, amongst others, of The Shard in Borough.  I submit stock photos to image libraries, where they are licensed for publication.

I covered the Spring pre-budget, TUC rally for the USDAW union.  The rally congregated in the Emmanuel Centre, in Westminster, and listened to a roster of speakers.

A casual portrait of Head Chef, Paolo Barone, at Locale during the Blackheath Luncheon Club's March lunch.

This was a shot from a short session at the Home Office.  Lord Taylor is heading up a new team and this was shot for the 'Inside Track' magazine
