The Rip Curl Pro Portugal is the 10 on 12 event in the surf world championship. I've done the teaser of the event and also all the motion graphics used for the live webcast.
I started with the poster artwork, pen tooled and reconstructed every symbol then animated everything with After Effects, using the muppet tool.
For the Teaser, I used the images provided by both ASP & Rip Curl, done the editing and the color correction with Final Cut Pro. The song is "it's all for the greater good" by Uncommonmenfrommars.
