J3 is a brand that makes various lifestyle products based on thermal control source technology. We conducted research and design with the goal of improving the user experience so that hair dryer users can use the product more conveniently. It is designed to provide various advantages by modifying structural parts so that the inconvenience of using a hair dryer can be solved.

A small deformation of the hair dryer itself can act as a lock to prevent the line from being dislodged without adding another device. Considering the environment in which the hair dryer is placed, it is designed to be easy to store by allowing the product to stand upright. It becomes a product that solves the inconveniences encountered in everyday life through small changes.

J3는 열제어 원천 기술을 바탕으로 다양한 라이프스타일 제품을 만드는 브랜드입니다. 헤어 드라이어를 사용하는 사용자가 보다 더 편리하게 제품을 사용할 수 있도록 사용환경 개선을 목표로 연구와 디자인을 진행하였습니다. 헤어 드라이어를 사용하면서 느끼게 되는 불편함들을 해소할 수 있도록 구조적인 부분을 변형하여 다양한 이점을 제공할 수 있도록 디자인하였습니다.

다른 장치를 추가하지 않고 헤어 드라이어 자체의 작은 형태 변형을 통해 선이 이탈되지 못하게 잠금장치 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 놓이는 환경을 고려하여 제품을 직립으로 세울 수 있도록 하여 보관에 용이하도록 디자인하였습니다. 일상속에 마주하는 불편함들을 작은 형태의 변화를 통하여 해소시키는 제품이 되어줍니다.

We developed an idea that helps the usability of the product by borrowing the way the lock works. We designed the product with minimal changes so that it can be used intuitively without a separate device.

자물쇠의 작동 방식을 차용하여 제품 사용성에 도움을 주는 아이디어를 전개하였습니다. 별도의 장치 없이도 직관적으로 제품을 유용하게 사용할 수 있도록 최소한의 변화만을 적용한 디자인을 진행하였습니다.

We tried to solve the problem of organizing and storing hair dryers in a minimal way. It is a design that solves the inconveniences faced in everyday life through simple shape changes.

헤어 드라이어를 사용하지 않을 때의 정리와 보관의 문제를 최소한의 방법으로 해결하고자 하였습니다. 단순한 형태 변화를 통하여 일상 속에 마주하는 불편함들을 해소시켜주는 디자인입니다.

It can be used in various environments through the minimization of the volume, and above all, the advantage is that it does not interfere with the image of the room. It is a hair dryer that considers intuitive usability so that anyone can easily organize and use the product.

부피의 최소화를 통하여 다양한 환경에서 사용이 가능하며, 무엇보다 실내의 이미지에 방해가 되지 않은 것이 장점입니다. 직관적인 사용성으로 누구나 쉽게 제품을 정리하고 사용할 수 있도록 배려한 헤어 드라이어입니다.
