What is the message that you would like to send out to your audience?

“Quick process, better and modern garment design. African ASOS – defined character, with implemented culture. Africa does play a big part in the prints that we use, but the designs are based on British and American trends and tailoring. That’s what makes Grass-fields unique. We embrace the traditional African print with unique and fashion-forward design that is inspired by both worlds.”

What is your ultimate goal?

“Next Zara – using African print. High street brand. Other people use prints, we use prints that are from Africa. 

Our mission is to prove to ourselves and others that something beautiful can come out of Africa. The aim of Grass Fields is to one day to be able to provide jobs and prospects for Africa and the beautiful communities; by manufacturing our garments in Africa. More specifically Cameroon where we were born and raised.”
