This is a pre-game promotional animation for Baylor University athletics to be shown for all home athletic events, highlighting their mission statement through the four core pillars. The graphics, images and brand colors create an energetic and enthusiastic environment for the athletes, students, alumni and guests. The sports images highlighted in the mixed-composition represent ethnic, age and sports diversity, equalizing and exonerating all.

This animation was inspired by the idea of deconstructing the mission statement to show its foundational makeup, using the glitch effect. The mission statement's four pillars were the literal four pillars of the athletic building, therefore using the building as the visual guide. The techniques used to portray this effect were done through overlaying grunge bitmaps and images in Photoshop, hand key frame animation in multiple layers in AfterEffects (with some positioning and rotating expressions over time), and merging some Photoshop gif creations. The most challenging aspect was to create chaos glitching while maintaining content readability.
