    Small soft sculpture, 2007
Quimper- face down
"Quimper" is a small toy I made in the summer of 2007 for the, then, two year old son of an acquaintance of mine. It is hand-sewn and stuffed with hypo-allergic materials.
"Quimper" is a strange creature. He keeps good comany but one should be aware of his "volcano breath". He poses as a turtle  and then gets up  and you get to see his open mouth with which he consumes large quantities of garlic and onion.
This is his tail, he uses it to capture run-away garlic and onion.
