Architectural Photography: City of Arts & Sciences, Valencia, Spain
For my photography project, I chose the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain. This site is a remarkable feat of engineering and aesthetic architecture, full of fascinating details that make it an ideal subject for photographers.
Despite its massive size, the City of Arts and Sciences offers countless hidden corners and angles to explore. It's the kind of place where, even after multiple visits, one can still discover new details and perspectives that were previously unnoticed.
What I love most about this site is its grandeur with the small, intricate details that can be found throughout. From the patterns etched into the concrete to the intricate designs of the metal railings, every inch of the City of Arts and Sciences has been thoughtfully crafted.
Through my photography, I sought to capture not only the beauty of this remarkable site but also the intricacies and subtleties that might be overlooked at first glance. It was an exciting and rewarding project that I created for my masters class.
