「味憶」は、プロジェクターや PC を積んだ櫓、専用の酒器の2つによって構成され、様々なセンサーが使用されている。それによって酒器がテーブルに置かれた時、お酒が注がれた時、手で触れた時、飲み終わった時など各シーンで体験が変わっていく。また、酒器自体は一杯のお酒を美しく魅せるためのデザインになっている。盃をモチーフとした器は、神聖な印象を与えると同時に器上に映像を大きく映し出し、彩る。
