During my UN Women Internship, I was in charge of internal communication. 

During the work year, employees need to check in with their managers for their progress evaluation.

The HR Team needed a fun way to remind employees to see their managers.

I created a digital poster that would be sent by email to employees as a reminder.

As it is UN Women and they are very much based on gender equality and diversity, I decided to depict one male and one female character with gray and no facial features skin to show neutrality of race and skin colour. 

The Blue is the UN Blue and the Orange is the colour given to the Performance Development department.
