Old House Coffee（舊屋咖啡）是一間堅持手沖咖啡的詩意，烘培的美感，致力於為咖啡愛好者們帶來美好的味覺體驗的精品咖啡店；猶如舊屋咖啡所帶來的香氣一般怡人舒適，帶來歡聲笑語與美味咖啡之餘，希望透過咖啡拉近人與人之間的距離，實現咖啡與人情味完美結合是我們的共同願景。

Old House Coffee is a premium coffee shop that insists on the grace of pour over coffee, the beauty of roasting, and devotes itself to provide fantastic taste experience for the coffee lovers.

Just like the aroma in our coffee shop, which is pleasant and wonderful; we also wish that coffee could make people getting closer to each other, to make a cup of coffee fills with human touch.

在中國精品咖啡依然是小眾文化，市場的接受度還不高，因此我們把老黃曆，八掛，舊報紙等「接地氣」的中國視覺元素沿用，令Old House Coffee 更具人情味，更貼近中國，並且將「old」重新演繹，同時使之放大，令顧客不僅能在感受來自中國咖啡的獨特香氣之餘，也拉近顧客與Old House 咖啡師，甚至是與咖啡之間的距離。

In China, premium coffee is still a culture in niche, with low market acceptance. Hence, we have used some elements such as old lunar calendar and the Eight Diagrams that are easily understood by Chinese people, to make Old House Coffee become more harmonious and connected to Chinese culture. We reinterpret the element of “old”, and magnify it; so that customers can not only feel the unique aroma of Chinese coffee, but also feel closer to the Old House baristas, and even to the coffee.

在Old House Coffee 關於手沖的另外一個註解，或許就是儀式感，從選豆、聞香氣、磨粉、萃取沖泡，看著咖啡半透明的液體一點點落入壺中，每個環節都能讓品嚐者慢下來靜靜等待這杯咖啡，一如老朋友之間微妙的默契。

Another insistence from Old House Coffee is about pour over coffee: the sense of ritual; start from choosing beans, smelling aroma, grinding, extracting and brewing, then watching the translucent liquid of coffee gradually fall into the coffee pot, every step slows down the tasters’ rhythms and let them just wait silently for a cup of coffee, just like the subtle tacit between old friends.
