School of Social Entrepreneurs, Toronto wanted to design a new business model 'NewCo' to design a business that would earn them financial profitability alongside social. I worked with the team to design business models and conducting research through participatory co-design methods, which later led to developing visual synthesis as well as a 100 page report explaining the new business model, strategy, and implementation timeline.
