Branding 65 St. Stephen’s Green with Knight Frank & JLL to create an iconic brand for a new building with an enviable Dublin address.
65 St. Stephen’s Green is an address that spoke to people who knew the city of Dublin — a central corner location in the heart of the city overlooking the much-loved landmark park. Our challenge was to convey this story to prospective overseas tenants of this new building. We found an elegant, authentic solution in the address itself — LXV, the Roman numeral for 65 created an immediate premium, classical impression to build from. We built the brand language around the tone the name created. We gave the brand a modern edge through bold typography. We created an app & printed materials — all finished to uncommonly high print specs. We also created a 3D LXV topiary hedge around the building site that eloquently said that this building was going to be a little bit special.
