Zombie Killer
This is an illustration of one of my favorite video game protagonists, Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil series. I made this illustration with some inspiration from a very talented illustrator known as Robert Generette III. I personally love his style of work so I tried to incorporate some of his technique in with my own style.

Now I will admit, I had to do a bit of tracing when making a general outline.. but the rest was all hard work and a LOT of time.
The process: Add color. Add dark lines. Add shading. Add highlights. Hours of coloring and shading. Contemplate if it's really worth it(optional). Add more shading and highlights. Add extra details and dark lines. Be proud of what has been accomplished.

Add final touches and edit the background a bit. Then apply a horror-like color filter and that's it!
This project helped me realize that everyone has their own style and that if you stick true to your own then you'll be happy with the outcome. Thank you for viewing!
