Turn the Page: The First Ten Years of Hi-Fructose video

Exhibition video documenting the unprecedented retrospective featuring over 50 artists from the ten year history of Hi-Fructose Magazine. Video and music by Kamio. 

In conjunction with the owners of the magazine, Virginia MOCA staff and an ad agency, I contributed to the branding and creation of a PR and marketing strategy for a first of its kind traveling exhibition, Turn the Page: The First Ten Years of Hi-Fructose, celebrating over 50 artists from the ten year history of the new contemporary internationally published magazine, Hi-Fructose. Responsible for garnering press, creating content and marketing the exhibition in print, broadcast and digital media in local, regional and state press, as well as maintaining brand standards as the exhibition traveled to the Akron Museum of Art and the Crocker Art Museum.

Featured artists included AJ Fosik, Audrey Kawasaki, Camille Rose Garcia, Gary Taxali, Greg “Craola” Simkins, James Jean, Jean-Pierre Roy, Jennybird Alcantara, Kehinde Wiley, Kris Kuksi, Marion Peck, Mark Dean Veca, Mark Ryden, Martin Wittfooth, MARS-1, Ray Caesar, Ron English, Scott Hove, Shepard Fairey, Todd Schorr, Tracey Snelling, Travis Louie, Wim Delvoye, Wayne White and Yoshitomo Nara among others.
