CLIENT + CHALLENGE

JJ FISK have been a mobile fish distributor for 4 generations of fish-industry savvy, quality-conscious entrepreneurs. As the newest generation of owners takes over the family business, they want to update the look and feel of the visual identity, change target audience to reflect who they are (a young married couple) and are open to new ideas as to how to reach their target audience, and keep them as loyal customers.

Redefining the target audience and creating use cases allowed me to design and incorporate new elements to create a holistic experience around the product. Point of sales materials already in use were updated and re-purposed as collectibles. New methods of communication such as: campaigns which offered unique limited edition prices, as well as organizing a community around content by utilizing social media, were also suggested.
