Tommee Tippee - For Thrills, not Spills Campaign

Late in 2014 we had the pleasure of meeting the folk at Tommee Tippee, they were looking for someone to advertise their best ever cups range. A few cups of tea later and we were off on a big adventure together. The brilliant thing about the range is the huge array of designs - the in sipped cups, straw cups and sports bottles from a first cup at four months, which can take you through to toddler ages, as well as mix and match tops with bottoms. There's a world of variety for keeping little ones hydrated. ‘Off on a big adventure’ and ‘For thrills, not spills’ are the lead bits of copy for the range and it's all about the children taking those big first steps confidently and with their favourite cup along side them.

I wanted to capture the story of a big adventure from an array of families. Be it the first steps, first football games, first holidays and so on. We looked at beach houses, town houses, cottages and city pads. We settled on a fantastic Islington family home and brilliant Wiltshire cottage with superb grounds complete with the added bonus of a epic pig pen.

The stresses of working with children cannot go unmentioned. Getting the right children for the job and then keeping them happy on the day, making sure they get naps, are well rested and then trying to keep up with them when they’re moving at a hundred miles an hour. It was the challenge in hand so diligently I pressed on.

Here you can see the outcome. In the end the little ones were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job. Hopefully the video captures the feeling of energy and adventure as well as showing off the cups at their best.
