The client is an event lighting company that specializes in interactive lighting. They would like a logo design that incorporates an icon and text ‘Lava Lamp Lab’. Their target audience is hipster start-up companies that have events to promote launches and promotional parties for urban based corporations. 

References were gathered to help develop a base design.

A basic logo was concepted via the use of text.

The idea of a Lava Lamp asset was implemented. Circles were also added in the center to represent the bubbles of a Lava Lamp. 

The final logo was touched up by thickening the stroke lines and adding a yellow background.
