Reduced operator training and setup time by 75% 

This app controls drones for surveying large land areas. This screen is what the operator sees in flight. It looks simple, and that's the point. We had to through many iterations, and debates with the engineering and flight test teams to come to a narrowed set of information and options that made sense for this case. 

Research was challenging on this project due to enterprise sales constraints. I went to an RC airplane field to find proxy users, and used all our internal non-technical employees as testers.

I filmed this video to help convince our startup's leadership that we needed to make an iPad app that would control the drones. Previously we only had a PC laptop application that was very clunky to use in the field.
