SELF-REFLECTION

A lot of times, we self reflect, but how often do we take it forward as a powerful learning tool for growth?Once we are cognitive of our experiences, we are less inclined to missing out an opportunity to learn. To improve, to grow and be better version of ourselves.

Inspiration for this project was drawn from inside, my thoughts and my mode of conduct were powerful stimulators at every step.

User Persona data was collected by observing, having conversations and a series of 10 questions on survey monkey.

We think in scattered and incomplete thoughts. Writing as a process could force us to look for words to describe our thoughts and label our emotions. Through this process, one gets a clearer view inwards and could serve as a base for other thoughts which need stimulation. A Self-Reflection journal could serve this need.
